A practical checklist of flight details, pickup information, passengers and luggage to prepare when requesting a private airport transfer in Shanghai.

Send your date, pickup and destination, passenger count and luggage by WhatsApp or email. We confirm availability and a written quote. A 10% deposit secures the agreed booking; an enquiry alone is not a confirmed reservation.
02Which languages can I use?
Our China-based booking team supports English and Arabic. Drivers provide English service and can use translation software when helpful. Please tell us your preferred language and any specific communication needs.
03How quickly will you reply?
A member of our local team handles your enquiry personally. Because we work in China time, a time-zone difference may mean a reply a few hours later. For changes to a confirmed trip, use the contact details in your booking confirmation.
04What is included in the price?
Your written quote identifies the vehicle, driver, agreed route or time allowance, and standard fuel for that itinerary. Road tolls and parking are excluded from the displayed prices and are charged separately as incurred; any advance estimates are identified in your quote. Extra stops, excess time or distance, overnight arrangements and any special charges are specified before you confirm.
