Tell us your flight number, departure time, airport and terminal. We then discuss a target airport arrival, allow for the journey and confirm how much sightseeing fits. If the window narrows, we shorten the city stops.
- The vehicle remains your transport throughout the agreed booking, with your luggage traveling in it; confirm the bags and vehicle space before booking.
- Keep passports, valuables and essential medication with you during stops. We clarify where the car and driver wait in the written arrangement.
- The driver handles transport and local route coordination. A guided walking tour, attraction tickets or meals are not included unless separately arranged.

Yes. This service starts at your hotel after checkout, includes agreed city stops and finishes at the airport. The workable route depends on your flight time.
02Where does our luggage go while we explore?
Your luggage travels in the booked vehicle. Tell us the number and size of bags so we can confirm suitable space and explain the driver’s waiting arrangement.
03Can you drop us at Pudong or Hongqiao Airport?
Yes. Send the airport, terminal and flight details. We plan the final drive around an agreed airport arrival time.
04How much sightseeing time will we have?
It depends on hotel pickup, the airport and your flight. We work backwards from your target airport arrival and suggest stops that fit the remaining time.
05Is this an airport layover tour?
No. The journey begins at your Shanghai hotel after checkout and ends at the airport. If your trip begins at the airport, tell us so we can discuss a different arrangement.
